      4. Add the soaked chilis, cloves, oregano, cumin, paprika, pepper, and salt to the Crock Pot. Stir to combine.
      5. Cook on high for 6-8 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
      6. Once done, the stew should be thick, fragrant, and a deep reddish-brown colour.
      7. Serve with warm tortillas, guacamole, lime wedges, and cilantro.
