How to Make Pot Brownies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons of canna butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-by-9-inch baking pan.
- In a small bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add flour mixture 1/3 at a time and stir until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
- Slowly stir cocoa powder mixture into batter until just combined.
- Finally, stir in canna butter until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting and serving.
