How to Cook Pork Riblets in a Crock Pot
Cooking pork riblets in the crock pot or slow cooker is easy and hassle-free. While it requires a bit of prep beforehand, the slow cooking process will make for a juicy and delicious finished dish. Here’s how to cook pork riblets in a crock pot:
Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs pork riblets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Rub pork riblets with garlic, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Place pork riblets in crock pot and sprinkle with pepper.
