How To Make Sleep Pots
Do you suffer from insomnia or trouble sleeping? Sleep pots might be for you! Sleep pots are a type of herbal remedy with all-natural ingredients that help to soothe and calm for a good night sleep. Here’s how to make your own sleep pot:
Ingredients
- Wild lettuce powder
- Chamomile flower
- Valerian root
- Passionflower
- Magnesium carbonate
- Lavender essential oil
Instructions
- Combine Wild lettuce powder, Chamomile flower, Valerian root, Passionflower and Magnesium carbonate together in a bowl in a 2:2:1:2:1 ratio, respectively.
- Mix well.
- Add a few drops of Lavender essential oil and mix again.
- Fill a small jar with your sleep pot mix.
- Store in a cool, dark place and use as needed.
Once you have made your sleep pot, you can use it whenever you need a good night’s sleep. Simply place a few spoonfuls of the mixture in a teacup, add hot water and steep for 5 – 10 minutes. Drink before bedtime for a peaceful night’s sleep. Enjoy!
