How To Make Sleep Pots

  • Wild lettuce powder
  • Chamomile flower
  • Valerian root
  • Passionflower
  • Magnesium carbonate
  • Lavender essential oil


  1. Combine Wild lettuce powder, Chamomile flower, Valerian root, Passionflower and Magnesium carbonate together in a bowl in a 2:2:1:2:1 ratio, respectively.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add a few drops of Lavender essential oil and mix again.
  4. Fill a small jar with your sleep pot mix.
  5. Store in a cool, dark place and use as needed.

Once you have made your sleep pot, you can use it whenever you need a good night’s sleep. Simply place a few spoonfuls of the mixture in a teacup, add hot water and steep for 5 – 10 minutes. Drink before bedtime for a peaceful night’s sleep. Enjoy!
