White Queso Dip in Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 can (4.5 oz) diced green chiles
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place cream cheese cubes into the crock pot.
- 2. Add diced green chiles, shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
- 3. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
