How to Remove Wax from a Wax Pot
Wax pots are excellent tools for home waxing treatments. They allow for a safe and effective wax melt application. However, leftover wax can sometime remain in the pot and it’s important to know how to clean it up properly. Here are some instructions to help you get started.
What You’ll Need
- Paper Towel
- Spatula or wooden spoon
- Warm Water
- Remove as much wax as possible: Using a spatula or a wooden spoon, scrape out as much of the wax as you can. Place the removed wax onto a paper towel.
- Wash the pot: Using warm, soapy water, rinse the pot. Make sure to remove any wax residue that could’ve been missed.
- Dry the pot: Once the pot is cleaned, dry it with a dry paper towel. Make sure that the pot is completely dry.
