Gather your Materials
- Instant Pot
- Water Bath
- Vacuum sealer
- Vacuum bag sealer
- Food ingredients
Set Up Your Instant Pot
- Set the instant pot to the “Sous Vide” setting.
- Fill the inner pot with appropriate amount of water.
- Set the temperature and time according to the food item you want to cook.
Package the Food
- Place your food ingredients in a vacuum-sealed bag.
